Unsullied Heart Grind

The most straightforward way is to craft Greater Blood Essence at your Blood Press using 4 Unsullied Hearts. Sounds simple, right? Well… Unsullied Hearts have a terrible drop rate from high-level enemies. This method means grinding those tough fights in hopes of getting lucky. It’s slow and frustrating.

The Tristan Route (My Favorite)

Once you defeat Tristan the Vampire Hunter (Level 46, he roams Farbane Woods), you unlock a recipe that lets you craft Greater Blood Essence using 150 regular Blood Essence! The boss fight is tough, but the payoff is huge. Regular Blood Essence is a dime a dozen, so this method is best for steady, reliable crafting.

The Brute Force Approach

If you’re impatient, you technically can farm Greater Blood Essence directly from enemies, but ONLY level 30 or higher. It’s the least efficient method, but hey, it might work in a pinch.

Choosing Your Path

Focus on getting those Unsullied Hearts. You’ll need a few anyway to build the Blood Press. Once you can take down Tristan, switch! Regular Blood Essence becomes insanely easy to farm, making this the fastest Greater Blood Essence method.
