In order to get the camp access card, you need to complete a quest called “A True Arena Champion.”
You will find the quest giver on an island just north of the Remnant Residence.
How To Get Access Card
After you reach the island, you will see an exile commoner surrounded by enemy creatures, your first task is to save him from the creatures.
After you defeat the evil boars, interact with the exile commoner. His name is Zeyuan. He will give you the quest A True Arena Champion.
Enable the tracking feature and follow the quest marker to find Zeyuan at the camp entry.
Talk with him. Now you need to interact with the exile leader. He will give you another task to inquire about the situation in the camp.
In this task, you need to meet another exile commoner, just follow the task marker. After this you need to return to Zeyuan to receive the camp access card.
Final Words
Zeyuan will give you the seaside arena access card. You can now go and talk to the receptionist to apply for seaside arena. While you are at it check out my other guides as well:
