Didn’t Aoi Todo lose his cursed technique in Shibuya Arc, how did he regain his ability?

He did lose his ability to Boogie Woogie. However, his arm is now replaced with a tool/gadget called a Vibraslap. This toy lets Todo swap places with others a ridiculous 50 times a second! This replacement didn’t just give him his cursed technique back, it upgraded it too. He is a lot more stronger now because of this.
