Does Makima dies in Chainsaw Man

It was later revealed that Makima is the control devil and is one of the strongest devils around. However, She’s caught off guard by Denji, the main character. He uses a special chainsaw made from the blood of his friend Power to attack her.

Denji’s attack doesn’t immediately kill Makima, but it severely weakens her. She’s then finished off by Denji eating her.
