JJK 263 spoilers are finally here. Due to Gege’s illness chapters 262 and 262.5 were cut short.
In this article, I am going to explain what happened in the latest chapter of Jujutsu Kaisen.
Sequence wise it is actually JJK 264, however, the officials have confirmed that this chapter is actually JJK 263.
Recap
As we already know Yuta is using Gojo’s body to fight with Sukuna. They both released their domain expansions to fight each other.
However, Yuta was having a hard time adjusting to Gojo’s body even though they did switch before to train.
Yuta still managed to land some hits and at the end of the chapter he started preparing for the Hollow Purple, gojo’s strongest move.
What Happened in JJK 263?
The latest chapter starts with Gojo’s domain Unlimited Void shattering. Sukuna rushes outside of the barrier and his Malovent Shrine is also eliminated.
Sukuna took heavy damage and says Yuta pulled it off but he is still not used to doing it (he meant hollow purple).
As soon as the domain battle is over Aoi Todo and Yuji join the battle again. Todo asks Yuta to fire more Hollow Purple as Todo can just swap anyone out of his way.
Yuta Time’s up
After doing the Malovarent Shrine, Sukuna can no longer use his cursed techniques properly.
Suddenly Yuta drops as the timer is over. Kenjaku’s cursed technique ended early due to domain shattering.
Yuta is frustrated since he cannot use Copy anymore and is confused about how Kenjaku managed to regain his cursed technique after the domain expansion. He wanted to deploy the barrier for Yuta and Todo.
Todo realizes that Yuta is reaching the limit of his cursed technique and suddenly Sukuna rushes towards him and lands a black flash on Todo.
Yuji tries to attack Sukuna while he is distracted but Sukuna catches him.
Todo quickly teleports Yuji and says I am not done yet. Aoi Todo starts spamming his new vibra slap to teleport Yuji here and there. Yuji then finally manages to land hits on Sukuna.
It is the same thing the duo did with Hanami, spammed the Todo’s ability and kept punching him.
Yuji uses Dismantle
Yuji realizes that Sukuna is currently in a weakened state so he uses the dismantle at the exact spot where the barrier between Sukuna’s soul and Megumi’s soul is.
Yuji keeps firing at the barrier using dismantle and says WAKE UP MEGUMI!!.
Sukuna is shocked that Yuji can use dismantle so precisely.
Sukuna is now scared as he realizes if he keeps hitting at the same spot he won’t be able to control Megumi’s body anymore.
Yuji’s strikes were having more effect on Sukuna’s soul than Megumi’s body, he actually used a binding vow that helped him damage Sukuna’s soul more so that he can separate Megumi and Sukuna.
Sukuna threw up some of the fingers and ate them again to regain strength.
Yuji then strikes where Sukuna is standing, after he loses his balance Yuji tries to hit Sukuna but he counterattacks Yuji.
Todo Brings Hana Kurusu
Todo’s vibraslap is coming off, he then explains if his Vibraslap is not recognized as his left hand, he won’t be able to do Boogie Woogie.
Todo swapped something but it was not Yuji this time. Todo brought Hana Kurusu in the air, directly above Sukuna’s head.
Todo Vibraslap ended up getting destroyed but he completed the job just like last time with Mahito.
Todo used a binding vow to extend the range of his cursed technique Boogie Woogie.
Jacob’s Ladder on Sukuna
A flashback appears in which Yuta is explaining that Angel does not need to directly join the battle. She can just fire Jacob’s ladder as the finishing blow on Sukuna at the end.
At the end of the chapter, Hana uses Jacob’s Ladder on Sukuna from the above. It is an all-or-nothing gamble to split Sukuna and Megumi’s souls.
Maximum Output: Jacob’s Ladder!
Final Words
Yuta convinced Hana in a flashback to use the move on Sukuna which they previously did but Sukuna manipulated Hana into deactivating it using Megumi’s voice.
This time there is no going back since everything is planned.
Yuji has damaged Sukuna’s soul enough to the point where Jacob’s Ladder will deal the final blow to the barrier between Sukuna and Megumi’s soul.
Also, it has been confirmed that Shinjuku Showdown Arc is going to be the final arc of JJK.
There is a break next week, so we will get to see JJK 264 on 28th July. The spoilers will arrive early on 25th July.
