You need to complete all the “Obtain Freyna’s Equipment Materials” tasks so you can get the necessary materials to craft her.
How To Unlock Freyna
To unlock Freyna in The First Descendant, you can either purchase her for 300 Caliber or you can craft her using the materials I listed below, though it is a more expensive method for you:

You can obtain these materials by completing Void missions in Rockfall (Sterile Lands). Once you have all the materials, go to the Research Institute in Albion Mountains and talk to Anais to start crafting Freyna. You’ll need 400,000 credits to unlock Freyna.
