If you’ve been playing Wuthering Waves for a bit, you must know about the Forgery Challenge. If you don’t, let me explain: This special game mode gives you access to Weapon Enhancement Materials, and trust me, you will need it.
Weapon Enhancement Materials are similar to powerups for your weapons. They enhance your weapons.
How To Unlock Forgery Challenge
You need to unlock the guidebook to do the forgery challenge in game. Keep playing through the main quests until you complete Act 3 of Huanglong I, the first city you’ll encounter. This will unlock the Guidebook, your in-game encyclopedia of everything Wuthering Waves.
The Guidebook
The guidebook is now unlocked, open the menu and go to the guidebook. Now, go to the Forgery Challenge section. You’ll find a list of all the challenges available, along with their goals and the rewards you’ll get for completing them.
Waveplates
Each Forgery Challenge costs 40 Waveplates to enter. Waveplates are required for special activities within the game. You start with a limited amount, and they regenerate slowly over time. However, we will discuss that in another article.
Forgery Challenges
Despite the name, the Forgery Challenges aren’t about blacksmithing. They’re timed combat missions where you have to defeat a group of enemies or an enemy boss within a specific time limit.
Use the Guidebook to see which challenges offer the materials you need most. Manage your Waveplates, Don’t waste them! The Forgery Challenge is a great way to get those essential Weapon Enhancement Materials. Check out my other guides as well:
