Dragon’s Dogma 2 has so many awesome weapons and gear, but to truly make them shine, you gotta track down some special materials. The Sinister Fang is one of those sneaky components that makes a whole bunch of upgrades possible. This basically means finding some Garms and…well, making them less toothy.

What’s a Garm, and Where Can I Find One?

Garms are those big, wolf-like beasties that roam around Dragon’s Dogma 2’s world. Not the cutest, but hey, they’ve got what you need. Here are some prime Garm hunting grounds:

  • On your way to the Agamen Volcanic Islands, keep an eye out for a Forgotten Riftstone. Head southwest from there, and you should stumble across a Garm ready to “donate” some fangs.
  • The Wyrmsblood Forest, particularly the Sal’Battahl Cavern, is another Garm hotspot. These critters are pretty common in the overworld, so you should be able to rack up a decent fang collection quickly.

But Wait, What Do Sinister Fangs Even Do?

I know, it seems a bit extreme to go Garm-hunting for some teeth. But hang on, check out all the cool stuff you can upgrade with Sinister Fangs:

  • Weapons Galore: Tons of swords, maces, staves…you name it. Sinister Fangs help boost their power.
  • Armor FTW: Get tougher with upgrades to helmets, chest pieces, leg armor…the whole nine yards.

You can carry up to 99 Sinister Fangs – don’t get caught unprepared when you find a bunch of Garms!

Here’s a fun fact: you can actually gift Sinister Fangs to NPCs, and they’ll like you more for it! Gotta love a gift that’s both practical AND a little creepy.

Head out into the world of Dragon’s Dogma 2, find those Garms, and start making your gear seriously powerful!
