How To Get Light of Miquella
Light of Miquella is a powerful incantation that you can get by defeating the boss Radahn, in Enir-Ilim region, and trading his Remembrance (Remembrance of a God and a Lord) with Enia at the Roundtable Hold. In order to use this incantation, 48 FP is required to perform it.
When you cast it, it will create a huge pillar of light that hurts enemies and then explodes, and more light beams from above will arrive too. The location of Radahn is Enir-Ilim.

After defeating the boss and trading his Remembrance, you have three choices, if you are not interested in Light of Miquella, choose between Greatsword of Radahn (Lord) and Greatsword of Radahn (Light). And that is all you need to know on how you can get this powerful incantation.
