Gray Zone Warfare - At The Mounds Of Madness Mission

I’ve been playing Gray Zone Warfare since the day it was released in Early Access. I have already covered a lot of missions.

Gray Zone Warfare loves sending you on weird little expeditions, and the “At the Mounds of Madness” quest is a perfect example.

In this mission, you have to track down murals and a statue to prove something is happening in a cult.

How To Complete At The Mounds Of Madness

You’ll need to locate three murals hidden in the forest area around LZ India.

Mural #1: The Spider Shack (Coordinates: 205-135)

Look for a wooden shack with some seriously weird spider paintings. This one is close to both India 1 and LZ landing zones.

Mural #2: Ghost Graffiti (Coordinates: 205-137)

Head southwest from the warehouse in this area. It’s on a wooden shack same as first mural with the faded ghost-like image on it. If you are looking from India 2, you have to go to Northeast of India 2.

Mural #3: Weird Monkey Picture (Coordinates 206-138)

Find this on a wooden wall featuring creepy monkey paintings. Heads up, this area can be patrolled by hostiles, so stay alert!

Statue location

Okay, once you’ve spotted all those unsettling murals. Time to complete the quest by doing the last part (Finding statue).

The statue is (thankfully) a bit easier to find. Head to the corner of the river in the eastern part of LZ India 1 (coordinates: 207-137).

You’ll spot a red-blue boat, and right next to it is the statue.

And that is all you need to do to complete the quest given by the Vendor. Both India 1 and 2 spawn points are decent for finding the murals. Pick whichever feels more convenient, as there’s a bunch of ground to cover!

The third mural location is patrolled by enemy AI. However, I would recommend doing this mission in a squad instead of doing solo.

Remember, you don’t need to get up close and personal with the murals. Simply spotting them, even from afar, will be enough to tick them off your quest list!
