Blue Lock Chapter 279 Recap
Blue Lock 279 begins with everyone focused on Kaiser as he prepares to take a free kick. Kaiser starts to understand that Noa is not just focused on winning. He wants to make Kaiser a stronger player, someone who can rival him one day.
Kaiser realizes he doesn’t want to be just a pawn in Noa’s game. He wants to create his own story and show everyone his worth.
Meanwhile, Isagi is watching closely. He’s trying to guess where Kaiser will shoot the ball. Just when it looks like Kaiser will take a clean shot, he pulls a fast one. He starts to aim left but quickly twists the ball to the right.
Out of nowhere, Loki shows up at lightning speed. He is ready to intercept the shot, and Isagi is caught off guard.
Loki manages to stop Kaiser’s goal with incredible reflexes, and just like that, the match is still up in the air as the chapter ends.
Final Words
Loki has the ball now, using his speed he can easily turn the tables around. However, we have yet to see Isagi's awakening, he has been sidelined for far too long. I expected the recent chapter to be about Isagi, but turned out it was about Kaiser.
Both Kaiser and Isagi are in the same boat, getting used by other players. They both want to score the last goal.
Who do you think will score the final goal? I still believe Rin will be the one to score the final goal and PXG will win most likely.
