Blue Exorcist is returning with a new season called “Beyond the Snow Saga“. Blue Exorcist Beyond the Snow Episode 1 is scheduled to release on 5th October, 2024. A new trailer has just been released by Aniplex.
The manga of the series is written and illustrated by Kazue Kato. Manga is currently on hiatus and the hiatus will end on November 4, 2024.
Blue Exorcist Season 1 was produced by a studio named A-1 Pictures back in 2011 but the series has undergone many changes since then.
The second season aired in 2017 and adapted the Kyoto Impure King arc. The third season aired in early 2024, and adapted the Shimane Illuminati Saga.
The upcoming fourth season is divided into two parts. “Beyond the Snow Saga” (Part 1) is expected to have 12 episodes and will be followed by “Blue Night Saga” (Part 2) in January 2025. The fourth season is animated by the Studio VOLN.
When Will Blue Exorcist Beyond the Snow Episode 1 Release?
As I mentioned above, Blue Exorcist Beyond the Snow Episode 1 will be released on 5th October 2024 in regions like the USA and UK.
While in Japan, the first episode will be released on October 6th. The release date varies because of different time zones.

What is Blue Exorcist About?
Blue exorcist is about a kid named Rin Okumura who is actually the son of Satan but is adopted by a priest. He learns the truth about himself when his adoptive father is killed by his real father.
He then joins the True Cross Academy to fight with the demons while figuring out a way to defeat his father, SATAN.
In the academy, he finds out his brother already knew the truth about their father and is already a full-fledged exorcist.
What Happened in Blue Exorcist Season 3?
After Impure King is defeated, Rin and his friends continue with their normal lives at True Cross Academy.
However, a series of strange events start happening around the world and the Knights of the True Cross are receiving more and more reports about demons.
Rin and the other Exwires investigate the strange occurrences at the school.
During the True Cross Academy Festival Lucifer, the leader of the Illuminati shows up.
He declares war on the Knights of the True Cross so that he can bring Satan back and combine the human and demon worlds.
Shima, who was thought to have left, returns, raising suspicion. Mephisto prepares to confront Lucifer.
Meanwhile, Yukio keeps his encounter with Lucifer a secret, but Shima knows the truth. Shima advises Yukio to open up about his worries.
The upcoming season is the direct continuation of “Blue Exorcist: Shimane Illuminati Saga”. It’s the next arc in the anime series, following the events of the Illuminati Saga.
