Anyone But You
It is a rom-com movie with Sweeney as the lead actress. The movie revolves around two strangers, Ben and Bea, who accidentally bump into each other in a coffee shop.
Bea is not allowed to use the restroom as she is not purchasing anything so Ben pretends to be her husband so she can use the restroom quickly.
However, misunderstandings arise and they end up hating each other. The story then follows them to a wedding in Australia where their exes are also present.
However, in the end, they do end up together. To be honest, I didn’t like the story of this movie but well, it had Sweeney.
Madame Web
It’s a superhero movie based on Marvel comics. Pretty much the worst Marvel movie ever.
A research team led by Ezekiel Sims discovers a new spider species with healing properties. Ezekiel betrays the team, steals the spider, and shoots his colleague Constance Webb.
The spider people of the Amazon Rainforest then try to save her. However, she dies but she ends up giving birth to Cassandra Webb.
Fast forward, Cassandra who works as a paramedic in New York City starts getting visions.
Cassie falls into the water and has a near-death experience. She is revived by her coworker Ben Parker, but afterward, she starts to have visions. She gains powers to see the future.
Ezekiel is after the future spider-women and Cassie found this through her visions. So she tries to protect the girls. Sweeney plays the role of Julia Cornwall in this movie a.k.a Spider Woman.
Everything Sucks
It’s not a movie, it’s a series but including it in the list anyway. The show was canceled after the first season that released back in 2018.
The series centers around a group of freshmen in 1996 Oregon. It follows their experience in the AV club and the drama club and the clashes between the two.
The main plot focuses on Luke, a freshman with a crush on Kate, the principal’s daughter.
I don’t recommend watching this show but it has Sweeney and that is why you are reading this article! So up to you.
Night Teeth
The movie was released back in 2021. However, a lot of people hated it, I on the other hand loved this movie since I love vampire-mystery stories like The Vampire Diaries etc.
This movie is about a college student named Benny who gets involved with vampires. Benny is tasked to drive two mysterious women around LA at night.
The two women turn out to be vampires and Benny gets caught in the middle of a battle between vampires and humans. Sweeney plays the role of Eva in this film.
